Was very apprehensive about going to a touristy spot but while in Miami, you have to come to the Versace mansion! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed! Service was excellent! Food was excellent! Drinks were even better. The scenic views inside this beautiful mansion are breathtaking. Had the spinach and ricotta ravioli, husband had the lobster spaghetti and both tasted amazing. Very rich and comforting. Drinks are worth the spend.

For many years I avoided this place because of the tragic passing of Versace but will say his home is full of beautiful decor. I was here during Miami Music Week/Ultra with four other friends and we did the 3 course lunch special. I started with the fried shrimp app which was delicious along with the dip. My entree was spinach ricotta ravioli which I thought would have a lot more on the plate and dessert was a chef special which was a chocolate with creme puff or something I will say the margarita pizzas 2 of my friends ordered took too long for them but overall good meal that made me full.

Nestled within the very opulent Villa Casa Casuarina--once home to fashion legend Gianni Versace--this restaurant offers one of the most delicious meals. From the moment you walk past the gates, you're transported into another world. It might not be everyone's taste and honestly, it is a little over the top in some ways, but that was Gianni's style. The mosaic-tiled courtyard, Mediterranean architecture, and the iconic "Million Mosaic Pool" create an atmosphere. It's a place where every corner begs to be photographed, with history dating back to 1930. The menu is upscale Italian with a few international touches. Standouts for us was the truffle gnocchi and the cacio de Pepe made in cheese wheel - cooked to perfection. The wine list is extensive and leans into European selections that complement the elegant cuisine. Service was impeccable and attentive when needed in addition to personable. Service was polished and professional, though with a relaxed South Beach vibe. You're not just a diner here--you're a guest in one of the most storied residences in America. Is it pricey? Yes. But you're paying for more than just a meal--you're paying for a seat at one of Miami's most iconic addresses. Whether you're a fashion lover, a history buff, or just someone who appreciates fine Italian food, it's enjoyable.

If you live or visit Miami you have to come to the Versace mansion at least once just to say you came. We had lunch there while family were visiting because they wanted to come and I'm embarrassed to say I've lived here for 20 years and never been. I found it a tourist trap but to my surprise, we had a lovely time. We got the lunch specials which included an appetizer, entree, and dessert. The shrimp was delicious it may be one of my favorites. The eggplant Parmesan was honestly a decent size where it could be an entree. The pasta was good. I enjoyed it. The chicken Milanese is huge but honestly not my fav. It lacked salt or seasonings. For dessert, I got the strawberry shortcake with white chocolate shavings and that was amazing. Small but flavorful. Our waiter was great with recommendations and on point with extra water and drinks, if needed. Now this is a picture worthy location. The pool is the view so if you come, prepare to take instagram worthy pictures. Overall, we had a nice lunch and great experience. Would I come again? Maybe!

Really nice place, as you can imagine. It feels very Milan. The three course meal is $38 and gives you quite a few options. The steak was well worth the extra $10. The chicken was huge and I saw a few of the other people who also had it, we all needed takeaway bags. The fried shrimp and burrata appetizers were a huge portions and quickly filled us up. They seem to have many staff, but they don't communicate well with each other. The two of us were there for a leisurely 2 hour lunch and did not feel rushed. The food was exquisite. The bathrooms were nice enough. The drinks were very pricey, but, Miami. The street was closed so we were unable to get to the entrance and do valet, but we found a garage close by. The one thing that was incredibly obnoxious was even though everyone was dressed up but they are very particular about not wearing flip-flops. I would not want to stay at the hotel, because I didn't realize that the pool was for guests. They have three lounge chairs in the middle of the dining area. But you are not allowed to wear flip-flops or bathing suit attire in the restaurant because they want to keep it upscale. But then you have kids and adults in just bathing suits walking back and forth through the restaurant to the pool, dripping wet. If they could figure out that little annoyance, it would be a beautiful place.

Tried the $36 lunch special at the Versace Mansion, and it was a solid Italian dining experience in a stunning setting. We ordered a bottle of rosé Champagne to kick things off, which paired nicely with the spread. The marinara pizza had a crispy crust with a simple, flavorful sauce. The spinach ravioli was creamy and fresh, easily the standout dish. The breaded fried shrimp were crispy and satisfying, while the garlic roasted chicken with potatoes was hearty and well-seasoned. The service was great--friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Plus, you can't beat the views. Between the mosaic pool and historic architecture, it's a perfect photo op spot while enjoying some classic Italian flavors.
